The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the supplement, wellness, skincare, or closely related health and beauty industries
  • Strong track record in telephone sales, lead conversion, and revenue generation
  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling, including identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and guiding purchase decisions
  • Proven ability to build rapport, engage customers, and close sales through high-quality conversations
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear focus on sales targets, conversion, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and customer data to manage pipelines and improve results
  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and accountable for individual sales performance
  • Growth-oriented mindset with strong leadership potential

Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert inbound leads from Meta campaigns through 15-minute consultation-based selling
  • Conduct personalized phone consultations, assess customer needs, and recommend tailored supplement and skincare solutions
  • Develop deep product expertise in wellness, supplements, and skincare to effectively educate and influence customers
  • Drive revenue growth by increasing conversion rates, average order value, and repeat purchases through upselling and bundling strategies
  • Execute structured follow-up strategies to recover abandoned carts and convert warm leads into sales
  • Re-engage past customers and inactive accounts to maximize lifetime value
  • Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to refine messaging, offers, and conversion strategies
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new wholesale accounts including pharmacies, clinics, and beauty retailers
  • Manage inbound B2B inquiries, conduct outbound outreach, and build long-term client relationships
  • Drive repeat orders and account growth within wholesale and retail channels
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of sales consultants as the team scales
  • Create and optimize sales scripts, workflows, and consultation frameworks
  • Establish and track KPIs, monitor conversion performance, and drive continuous sales improvement
  • Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing telesales team
